That was a great tackle from Angel. Paulinho could have been in behind the Eibar defence had the pass been better, but the Eibar left back got back to make the sliding tackle.

PENALTY CLAIM! The home players believe that they should have been awarded a spot kick. Pique had a grip of a shirt and replays show that Eibar might well have had a case there.

Pique is shouting at his teammates. Barcelona look asleep. They haven't started this match. They have been caught out by this fast and furious start from the home side.

Valverde has fielded a strong starting lineup for this game, which is somewhat surprising. Of course, Barca have Chelsea in the last 16 of the Champions League next week.

Eibar have started well, but will they be made to rue these missed chances at the start of the match. There are signs that Barcelona are starting to get a grip, slowing things down.

What a start to this match. The pace has been frightening. Eibar look up for this. They have created a couple of good opportunities, but have lacked composure in taking them so far.

ORELLANA STRIKES OVER! Eibar come flying forward on the counter attack, with Umtiti failing to cut out a pass to Orellana, but the Chilean strikes over the bar. He had more time!

SUAREZ WAS IN BEHIND! The pass was played to get the Barcelona striker in behind the Eibar defence, rounding Dmitrovic, but there were enough bodies back to deny Suarez.

You'll have read about Eibar a number of times. They are a tiny club, the smallest club in La Liga by a mile. But they have quality. Players like Orellana can cause Barcelona problems.

This has been quite the start for the home side. This can be a difficult place for opposition teams to visit, but Barca were strong favourites before kick off. It's Eibar on top right now, though.
