What a performance from Real Madrid. They showed why they are the reigning champions this afternoon, also underlining the point that they are still a part of this title race. This will be a crucial month for Zidane's men. This was predicted to be a tough match. Instead, they put down a marker.
FULL TIME: Real Madrid 5-0 Sevilla
Now, Real Madrid will head off to play in the Club World Cup before returning to face Barcelona in El Clasico just before Christmas. It's a busy time of the year for the Spanish and European champions.
Just two minutes of stoppage time to be played at the end of the match.
Of course, Sevilla came into this level on points with Real Madrid in La Liga. But the true gulf between the visitors and Real Madrid has been exposed by this sensational result, though.
This match was over as soon as Real Madrid scored their second goal. The champions have been back to their best, but they have been helped by a below par Sevilla side. They must do better.
Achraf also deserves a mention for his performance. The young right back is quickly becoming a fans' favourite of the Santiago Bernabeu crowd. A very able deputy to Carvajal.
Isco is absolutely desperate to add his name to the score sheet this afternoon. He's only been on the pitch for about 15 minutes, but he wants to use this chance to make an impression.
That was a half chance for Llorente, who met a cross into the box on the full volley, but he didn't make a strong enough connection and the strike flashes just past the post. Rico wasn't worried.
It's a tough call between Asensio and Ronaldo for the Man of the Match. I will probably give it to the latter, but Ronaldo wouldn't have scored his opener without the contribution of Asensio.
Sevilla bring on Krohn-Dehli but the Dane won't make much of a difference at this stage.

Isco is now looking to get in on the act. There's an increased urgency to Real Madrid's play since the playmaker was introduced off the bench. This time his shot goes just wide.
Of course, Real Madrid face a big fortnight, with the capital club playing in the Club World Cup and then facing Barcelona in El Clasico just before Christmas. Season-defining.
Ronaldo receives a fantastic ovation from the Santiago Bernabue crowd, who don't always show him the adulation he deserves. But the Portuguse has been great this afternoon.
Well, this is surprising. Ronaldo is on a hat trick, but Zidane decides to take him off and give him a rest.
