Colotto sends a ball into the box from the right. Garcia is there at the far post with a volley but it deflects wide.

Ronaldo has a shot from distance but Casilla is able to make a comfortable save.

Was that Espanyol's golden chance?

A real chance for Espanyol as Capdevila hits a volley over the bar from close range following a well-worked set piece from the visitors.

Ronaldo takes the free kick but he hits it straight into the wall.

Simao gives away a free kick after a foul on Morata.

The tempo of this game has dropped significantly over the last 15 minutes or so.
