Even Mourinho has to smile at that and smile he does - what a defeat and his record is ended by Sporting!
OFF THE LINE! Khedira with a low drive that a Sporting defender somehow keeps out falling at the far post!
Four minutes added time but the home fans are leaving - even a late equaliser won't do. Mourinho's eight-year record is about to fall: he hasn't lost at home since 2002! Nine years and 150 games!
Adebayor is clean through and must score but he fires straight at the keeper! Madrid come again and Ramos attacks a loose ball but the keeper blocks!
The corner from Ozil causes real problems as Carvalho can finish but he heads straight at the keeper!
Canales has a shot deflected wide for a corner after great work from Khedira.
Ozil tries a left-foot shot from range but well over in the end.
Ramos heads Diarra's cross across goal but Juan Pablo gets there before Higuain.
Novo booked for a rough tackle on Diarra in midfield.
Serious goalmouth scramble a Higuain and Canales try to dig out shots which are both blocked.
Finally Real are piling it on but the visitors have everyone behind the ball as Juan Pablo claims at the feet of Higuain.
Juan Pablo booked for time wasting.
OFF THE LINE! Adebayor forced a superb save from Juan Pablo and it was trickling in but the loose ball dropped to Khedira at an angle to rammed it home but somehow Juan Pablo flew across to save from point-bank save! Heroic keeping!
Well it was a lovely move, interplay with Angel on the left and he cut inside to meet the one-two with a first-time drive past the wrong-footed Casillas. Great goal!
SPORTING! GOAL! De las Cuevas with a rasping low drive in off the left-hand post!!
Higuain on the run, he slips it to Carvalho - who appears to have moved into midfield - but his ball is beyond Adebayor.
Khedira, Canales and Ozil combine on the left... Nothing yielded from the possession.
SPORTING SUB: Ayoze comes on for the visitors.
Looks like Sporting will make a change. My money is on a scrappy winner from Higuain. Surely Madrid must be saving something?
Great ball across the face of goal but Adebayor can't convert sliding in!
