Varela picks out Rashford from the right, and his shot over his shoulder is well over the bar.

Lingard receives the ball outside the box, on the right. He cuts onto his left foot, and sends a low shot wide.

Carroll fouls up the clearance at the near post. Rashford collects, and tricks his way into the box, but he can't get around Reid to cross.

A corner on the right, conceded by Antonio. Blind will take. It's terrible.

Fellaini catches Kouyate with an arm as they challenge for a high ball, but Kouyate should be OK to continue.

Cresswell whips in a cross to the back post, Carroll meets it and thunders it over the bar by a yard or so.

Cresswell squares a low cross into the box. It comes to Carroll, and he leans back and blasts well over. Blind is back in central defence, by the way.

Varela has the ball on the right, curls in a cross for Lingard. His first-time volley is dragged wide of goal.

Blind takes the corner, Fellaini heads over the corner.

Rashford drives into the box, and tries to sprint past Ogbonna. Martial has gone down from a challenge earlier, after Reid went studs up into his feet. He should be red carded, but isn't, just a yellow. Corner on the left.

The match gets started. It seems Blind is at left back, and Martial is on the left wing, with Rashford up front.

Bilic knows Van Gaal's side have bounced back from setbacks before this season and claims it would be "suicidal" for his team to take their hosts lightly. "Thursday night is not a game that you can take as normal for Manchester United," he said. "It was Liverpool away, it was very intimidating, and it was one isolated game. Unfortunately we are expecting a better Manchester United than that. I watched (the criticism) and it's not the first time, to be fair, but when you are manager of Manchester United you have to win every game, so it's really hard for Van Gaal. But it was the same situation when they lost against FC Midtjylland. There was lots of criticism, but after that they put in a great performance against Arsenal. They are capable of doing that again. They are like a wounded lion, they have a massive game against us. It's going to be very difficult but are we confident? Yes of course we are confident, but not because Manchester United didn't play well. We are confident because we are playing well. But it would be dangerous, suicidal, if we approach the game like 'they are playing badly, we are playing well, and we are going to cruise it'. No way we will do that."
