Sevilla play it long but it runs through to the keeper, lets hope we dont see too many of this type of football.

Kovalenko plays a through ball towards Eduardo but its overhit and runs through to the keeper. It has been a cagey and scrappy start to the game from both sides.

Mariano has a cross blocked for a corner. The delivery is comfortably headed away though.

Vitolo bursts into the opposition half and lays the ball to the right for Mariano, whose cross is too long.

Eduardo is the man chosen to lead the line for the visitors who have been less prolific since the departure of Alex Teixeira to the Chinese Super League.

Just a recap from last week, Sevilla's Kevin Gameiro converted a late penalty to earn a 2-2 draw. The winner of this tie will face Liverpool or Villareal in the final on May 18th.

The form book would suggest a win for the visitors as Emery's side have lost six of their last ten games while Shakhtar are unbeaten in their last six matches.

Shakhtar coach Mircea Lucescu believes their Spanish opponents have the edge when it comes to tournament pedigree. "Sevilla are European specialists. There aren't many youngsters; it's all experienced players. And they are headed by a strong coach who does his homework on opponents and never fails to put his game plan across."

Sevilla coach Unai Emery said that his side cannot be classed as the favourites despite getting two away goals."We need to give our opponents as few of them as possible. We're expecting the best Shakhtar there is – they won the tournament in 2009 and they're used to winning their league. Their coach is much more experienced than I am. It is a big ask – it will be 90 tough minutes and we need to be ready for it."
