Napoli are starting to look more dangerous, and after Higuain almost latches onto a Callejon cross, Marek Hamsik heads wide from a corner.

Konoplyanka finds some space on the left wing but Miguel Britos clears.

Big air shot from Callejon. Lorenzo Insigne's shot deflects into the Spaniard's path, but from 15 yards he is unable to get a clean contact on the ball and Dnipro clear. That was a chance.

Jorginho looks to send Jose Callejon racing clear with a quick ball forward. The former Real Madrid man gets to the ball before falling under a challenge on the edge of the box. Moen waves play on.

Faouzi Ghoulam wins a corner for Napoli, but Dnipro are able to clear. The ball is pumped back into the box but again Dnipro hold firm.

Norwegian referee Svein Moen blows his whistle and we're under way in Naples. The hosts launch the game's first attack but it comes to nothing.

We're just five minutes away from kick-off at the Stadio San Paolo. Can Napoli emulate their Serie A rivals Juventus in the Champions League, and take a step towards the Europa League final in Warsaw?

Napoli may be seen as the more experienced side in this tie, but it's now 26 years since their one and only European triumph. Diego Maradona and Careca were both on target as the Italian side beat Stuttgart 5-4 on aggregate to lift the Uefa Cup back in 1989.

Tonight's game is the first time Dnipro have ever featured in a European semi-final. They have proven their quality on the road to the last four though, knocking out Ajax along the way.

Dnipro's chances of taking a positive result back to the Ukraine may rest on the shoulders of Konoplyanka. And he clearly has a fan in his coach. Markevych told Uefa.com: "He's definitely one of the best players I've worked with. He's definitely the best in Ukraine at the moment, perhaps together with Dynamo Kyiv's Andriy Yarmolenko. Konoplyanka's main ability is, of course, his pace. Good control at pace is very important in modern football. Psychologically, he's very steady and he's one of the leaders in this team, so I think he has a good future."

Benitez has won this competition, in its various guises, twice as a manager, and thinks Higuain will be key to his side's chances of making the final this time. He said: “The key for winning trophies is the balance between attack and defence. If you score a lot of goals that is good but at the same time you have to defend well. Gonzalo [Higuaín] is a key player for us. If he is in form the team normally plays well. His movements, his quality and his approach are really important for the rest of the team. If he is doing well, we can win against any team.”

Dnipro coach Myron Markevych has named former Blackburn striker Nikola Kalinic up front. The Croatian has scored three goals in this year's competition, and will be looking to make the most of the serivce provided by Ukraine winger Yevhen Konoplyanka, who is a target for several Premier League clubs.

The teams are in and Napoli boss Benitez has stuck with the same side that beat Milan on the weekend. Gonzalo Higuain scored one and missed a penalty in that game, will he have another evenful game tonight?
