Hello and welcome to Scotland's European qualifier with San Marino. After the humiliating 3-0 defeat to Kazakhstan on Thursday afternoon, things can't get any worse for Alex McLeish's side... or can they? Anything other a convincing victory over officially the worst team in world football will do. So, will the Scots back bounce in style or can the minnows, ranked 211st in the world, spring a huge upset?

Scotland are jeered off by their travelling supporters after this narrow victory over minnows San Marino.
Under pressure Alex McLeish will be relieved just to get the three points.
McTominay goes into the book, as does Berardi.

Three points on the board, but the real test will come in June when Scotland face Cyprus at Hampden Park. Lose that and it's farewell to McLeish.
Four minutes to be added on.
When you consider stats like that, it is baffling that Forrest isn't starting for Scotland...
Lorenzo Lunadei comes on for Simoncini.

CHANCE! Robertson releases McNulty with a lovely diagonal ball. However, he blasts the shot into the face of goalkeeper Benedettini and Scotland have to settle for a corner.
Is a 2-0 victory satisfactory tonight? Probably not, given the humiliating defeat to Kazakhstan on Thursday.
Another McLeish decision questioned... why wasn't the forward starting?
WHAT A MISS! Forrest crosses and the unmarked McNulty, eight yards out, somehow heads it wide. Unbelievable miss.
The performance hasn't been perfect, it hasn't been pretty but McLeish will just be happy to take the points this evening.
GOAL! San Marino 0-2 Scotland
And finally the pressure is off! There is a foul in the build-up, the referee plays advantage as Forrest races down the right. His cross is dummied by McNulty, who leaves it for Russell. He takes a touch and slams home his first goal for Scotland.

Armstrong is replaced by James Forrest for the remaining 20 minutes or so.
Would McLeish have taken a one-goal victory before kick-off? That's unlikely, but he may have to settle for it after another concerning performance.
'Sack the board' is the cry from the supporters now. This is getting really embarrassing for Scotland.
Almost into the last quarter and it's STILL San Marino 0-1 Scotland. The travelling supporters are making their feelings known to McLeish and his below-par players from the stands.
OVER! Fraser delivers another decent cross into the box, the eft-back does brilliantly to take it off Russell's toe and McTominay blasts the follow-up over the bar from the edge of the box.
Scotland supporters, home and away, are very frustrated by this display.
Eighteen-year-old Nicola Nanni, who plays in Serie B, replaces Vitaioli in San Marino's attack.
Fraser's cross from the left is catching practice for Benedettini, as Scotland's pursuit for a second goal lingers on.
