There is also pressure on Denmark coach Morten Olsen after a similarly disappointing qualification campaign. He has been their coach for 15 years, and he will leave after next summer no matter what. Defeat here could hasten that exit though.

Erik Hamren is under intense pressure from the Swedish press and supporters after a fairly disappointing qualification campaign. If they lose this tie he could well be given the boot.

For Sweden, much of their hopes fall on the shoulders of Zlatan Ibrahimovic. As one of the best players in Europe he is the figurehead of this team. When he plays well, his team plays well.
