Now Soriano caught by Kovacic and he receives the first yellow of the game.

Immobile caught by Corluka down the back of his Achilles but nothing given. Got away with one.

Good cross from Soriano and it finds De Sciglio on the back post. He tries a spectacular volley but it’s a tough one and he hits it harmlessly into the floor.

Dangerous cross from Candreva to Immobile but Srna sticks to him and defends brilliantly.

Header by Perisic lacks power and it loops straight into the hands of Buffon.

Modric pulls up as Immobile runs past him but his touch then lets him down. Looks like the end for Modric.

Modric has gone down clutching his hip and there’s some concern before he gets back to his feet. He seems okay to continue for the moment.

Rakitic swings in the corner and again it’s De Sciglio to the rescue. Italy break but Immobile flagged offside

Rakitic into the box but nipped off his toes by De Sciglio who concedes another corner.
