Turkey make a much needed change at the break.

The referee brings the first-half to an end. Goals by Morata and Nolito and Spain are cruising.

One minute of additional time to be played at the end of the first-half.

Here comes Spain once more, Morata charges down the flank and delivers a cross aimed at the unmarked Pique in the penalty area... but Topal makes a vital intervention.

Truth is, Spain haven't moved out of second gear yet.

Tufan brings down Iniesta as is booked. That's the third yellow card of the half.

Turkey are looking vulnerable now. The half-time whistle can't come quick enough.

The floodgates have opened. There hasn't been a thrashing at this year's tournament - could that change tonight?

GOAAAAALLLL! Spain 2-0 Turkey. Nolito, provider of the first goal, gets on the scoresheet three minutes later. Fabregas delivered a great pass into the penalty area. Topal fails to deal with it and heads into the path of Nolito who makes no mistake from eight yards.

He received plenty of criticism for a poor performance against Czech Republic but that is the perfect way to respond...

GOAAAALLLLL! Spain 1-0 Turkey. Morata puts Spain in front with a lovely header. Nolito cuts in and finds the forward with a delicious cross.

Close, but no cigar.

CHANCE! Another opportunity for Spain goes begging. Juanfran does well to cut in from the channel and find Nolito but the forward doesn't connect with the ball and it rolls wide of the goal.

It's been a thoroughly entertaining start to the match - both sides have had chances - but it's still goal-less.

CLOSE! Nolito finds space cutting in from the left and fires a curled effort at goal... but it's just wide of the far post. That's probably the closest we've come to a goal.

They've already provided more attacking threat than Czech Republic did in the full 90 minutes on Sunday.

This is Turkey's brightest spell of the game so far but you feel they need to take such chances when on top.
