Anyway, thanks for your company - ta-ra.

Full-time: Northern Ireland 0-1 Germany. So, Germany win Group C from Poland, on goal difference. They will meet a third-place side, while Poland will play Switzerland. Northern Ireland must wait, but should be ok.

NI win a free-kick in their own half and send everyone forward, then hump the ball miles from all of them.
90+2'
Germany knock it about. Ireland jog from side-to-side.

There shall be three added minutes of pressure from Germany. Ozil pings a half-volley that "was always going wide". Er yes, it always was, which is why it did.

Kimmich has been excellent on his international debut; excellent enough to keep his place.

Germany have basically settled for 1-0 here, though they're still sort of trying to score. Gomez duly shoots from distance, but it's straight at McGovern.

Phut, sputter, etcetera.

Michael O'Neill sends McGinn on for Corry Evans, which ought to make all the difference.

Lovely from Germany, working the ball out of defence to Schweinsteiger, who exchanges passes with Ozil. Eventually, the ball arrives at Kimmich, who turns inside thereby making Evans look a little silly before arcing a cross to the back post. Gomez is up, but McGovern gets a knuckle hair on his header and that's another very handy save.

Know I wondered earlier about Low and his barber, but a close up has just made it very clear: it's a mum job. No doubt he also wears Hi-Tec trainers.

I'm a little surprised we haven't seen much in the way of tackling from NI - Norman Whiteside cannot be happy at that, nor Gerry Taggart.

Achy Breaky Heart is the new Sloop John B. So consider, first, how many songs exist in the world, and second, how many are used by football fans.

Another change for Germany: Howedes replaces the on-a-yellow-card Boateng.
75'
Muller finds space just outside the box, right corner, and wedges a cross to the back post where no one is. Germany have been much less good this half, with good reason - it's hard to find intensity when a game is so easy.

The now-unleashed Lafferty flicks on a goal-kick to no one.

There's not a whole lot going on at present, but then Hector nashes down the left and crosses low - Gomez, on the leaping slide, can't quite get on the end of it.

I hope Schweinsteiger's dressing room nickname is Curtis.
