FULL TIME: Sevilla 2-0 Barcelona
Can Barcelona find a valuable away goal to give them hope for the second leg? The Catalans are pressing hard, but Sevilla are holding form. Time is running out for Barca.
Great chance for a third! That was a real opportunity for Sevilla to put this tie to bed, but de Jong decides not to shoot and then Torres has an effort blocked. Why didn't he take it on?
There will be three minutes of stoppage time played at the end of the match.
Bono makes the save! Messi directs a dangerous freekick on target, but the Sevilla goalkeeper is equal to it and makes the diving save. Bono has been brilliant for the hosts!
Such is the fixture congestion currently being experienced by all in Spanish and European football, Barcelona and Sevilla won’t actually play the second leg of this semi final until March 3.
It should be noted that Puig was introduced for Barca just moments before the goal.

Koeman has always claimed this season would be a transitional one for Barca and so it has proved. Now, though, he needs to start showing signs that the Catalans are progressing in the transition. There have been some signs, in fairness.
Still not a single change off the bench from Koeman. Barcelona are light on options, it must be said, but they could still use some fresh energy, surely? Still the same 11 players.
The game is getting a bit more frantic now. Sevilla are finding space on the counter attack while Barcelona are attempting to break down the hosts with crosses into the middle.
Penalty claim! Alba is fouled and he believes he should have a spot kick, but the referee says the contact started outside the box and gives the freekick to Barcelona instead.
And the third Sevilla change sees de Jong come on. En Nesyri has some ice strapped to his leg.
