He connects sweetly, launching a searching strike towards the top corner.

Trubin gets over well, however, and deals with that well.

Benfica earn themselves a corner on the left of Fenerbahce's goal.

The ball finds the head of Antonio Silva, whose effort looks to be on target, but strikes the back of the head of Fenerbahce's goalkeeper, Can Egribayat, who badly mistimed his attempt to claim the ball.

Fortunately for the Yellow Canaries, the ball careened off the back of his head and out of danger.

Finally, some action.

Nelson Semedo picks up the loose pass on the right wing and whips in a mean cross to the centre of the Benfica box.

En-Nesyri attacks it vigorously, but his effort is straight at Trubin, who catches it comfortably.

Benfica work it nicely from flank to flank, with Dahl pulling the strings.

The ball finds its way to Florentino on the edge of the Fenerbahce box, but his effort is thrashed wildly and wide.

It's still 0-0 at Celtic's Champions League play-off fixture happening simultaneously to this match.

Benfica's Kerem Akturkoglu goes for goal from the set-piece, ten yards out the left-hand side of the Fenerbahce box.

He strikes it well, and forces an outstretched touch from Irfan Can Egribayat, who pushes the ball over the post.

The subsequent corner is also dangerous, but dealt with well by Mourinho's men.

The Colombian forward slips as he presses Benfica on the edge of his box and takes out Florentino in the process.

He is shown the yellow card for the transgression, and Kerem Akturkoglu will certainly fancy his luck from this range.

There's little to separate the two sides here in Turkey.

Benfica have probably seen the better spells of possession of the two sides, but Fenerbahce have defended well, and look swift on the counter.

Still, not much by way of clear-cut chances to report.

Benfica are dominating the ball here and getting numbers forward.

However, after Amrabat picks out an errant pass, Fenerbahce look to break.

Szymanski looks to break, but Barrenechea yanks him down and is shown the yellow card for his troubles.

For the second time this half, Dedic arrives late as Archie Brown tries to keep the ball from going out of play.

Dedic's boot is late and high, but the referee deems the contact as inconsequential and moves the play on.

This is a battle to keep an eye on.

Some lovely passing play from Benfica sees Akturkoglu storm down the left flank.

His cross is low and dangerous, forcing Oosterwolde to rush across and clear the danger.

The whistles and boos are deafening here in the Sukru Saracoglu stadium after he failed to give Fenerbahce the penalty they desired.

They were never going to get that decision, but that will not stop the Yellow Canaries fans who are in fine, intimidating, form this evening

Nicolas Otamendi comes barrelling through Jhon Duran just inside the Benfica half, making his presence known to the former Aston Villa man early here.

Enzo Barrenechea with a nice run for Benfica down the middle, dishing the ball wide. Benfica work the ball nicely into Pavlidis, who lays it off to Rios. He fires and forces an early save from Can Egribayat, who parries wide.

Fenerbahce get us going here amidst a deafening atmosphere in Istanbul, as Jose looks on pensively.
