CONCERN FOR GABRIEL
There’s a coming together and Gabriel goes down clutching his knee. There’s concern around the stadium, particularly on the Arsenal bench, but it looked like a stud went into the kneecap rather than it being a muscle problem so he should be fine.

THE VISITING FANS IN FINE VOICE
This is a bit of a stroll for Arsenal so far and that’s translating into a bit of a subdued atmosphere… everywhere in the ground except in the visitors’ end.

ARSENAL PLAYING REALLY NICE STUFF
Another dangerous attacking move involving Sterling down the Arsenal right earns the Gunners yet another corner. It’s well dealt with by the Dinamo defence.

NO PENALTY
A Havertz flick is blocked in the box and deflects up to strike a blue-shirted arm. The home fans appeal for a penalty, but that would have been very harsh and the officials wave play on.

RICE DENIED
Rice is playing pretty high here and his dangerous run in behind is spotted by Odegaard. The midfielder looks to shoot back across goal but his effort is turned behind for a corner, which is turned behind for a third set-piece of the game already. This is a perfect scenario for Arteta’s side.

DINAMO BLITZED EARLY ON
The visiting side had only touched the ball four times when Arsenal took the lead, and one of those touches was the kick-off. It’s fair to say that this is not the ideal scenario early on for the Croatian side.

ARSENAL ARE FLYING
Red shirts fly forward and Zinchenko shot-come-cross is turned behind. It’s a first corner for Arsenal, which Rich will take in-front of the visiting fans, who are absolutely bouncing despite the scoreline. A few projectiles delay the set-piece, not that the Arsenal tactic is usually to take them quickly anyway. The delivery when it comes is slightly too deep and sails behind for a goal kick.

GOAL! ARSENAL 1-0 DINAMO ZAGREB (DECLAN RICE)
And just like that Arsenal are ahead. It’s the dream start for the Gunners, who work the ball down their left. Martinelli fires in a low cross, Havertz sets it back, and an unmarked Rice hammers the ball home. That was the first attack of the game. 1-0!

STATE OF PLAY IN THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE
Two clubs have already sealed their top-eight spots in the Champions League table, Liverpool and Barcelona, and Atletico Madrid are in a strong position to join them as things stand following last night’s win over Bayer Leverkusen.
But for Arsenal, that automatic qualification spot is far from secure, with a whole host of teams still in the mix. The Gunners’ chances are boosted by a favourable fixture schedule, which sees them face Dinamo this evening and Girona in the final matchday, with both of those teams currently sitting outside of the top 24 qualification spots. One win may well be enough, two would be enough.
For tonight’s visitors, a result against Arsenal would boost them right into the mix for qualification for a play-off spot, which would be a superb achievement. They face AC Milan in their final league game.

TROSSARD DREAMING OF CHAMPIONS LEAGUE GLORY
Trossard has an eye on helping Arsenal win the Champions League for the first time in the club’s history, and he says that the players "believe" they can do it.

EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW WITH LEANDRO TROSSARD
TNT Sports have spoken exclusively with Arsenal star Leandro Trossard, who will bring up a century of appearances for Arsenal if he comes off the bench this evening.
The Belgian says that his time in north London has been the highlight of his career so far.
"It has been a great time for me. To be in such a great club and such a good squad as well. All the individuals here are such good human beings as well, and I love to be here.
It is probably the squad I have felt the most comfortable in of all the teams I have played. We have such a good atmosphere.
"Obviously when you don't win games it is different, but even then everybody tries to help each other and lift the spirits."

ARTETA CALLS FOR HIGHER STANDARDS
Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has been frustrated by some of Arsenal’s recent performances, most notably the draw with Aston Villa and FA Cup exit on penalties against Manchester United.
And the Gunners boss has called for his players to step up as the season ends towards its defining months.
One player he isn’t concerned about currently is Leandro Trossard, who he says offers the squad something different.
