Lewandowski drags back Murisic and Lazio have a free-kick around 35-yards from goal. Alberto takes it quickly but Pavard heads the low cross away. The Serie A club have begun brightly in this second leg.

CHANCE! Fares finds Milinkovic-Savic in the box with a pinpoint cross, the Serb meets it but he cannot get enough power behind his header and it bounces into the grateful arms of Nubel! This is starting to open up as a contest.

CLOSE! Sane unleashes a fierce curled shot from the inside-right channel off his left boot but it curls just wide!! Lewandowski tries to get a diving header away but it was too powerful. That was very close!

Muller's lofted ball looking for Sane at the far post is intercepted by former Liverpool and Bayern goalkeeper Pepe Reina, who can catch it.

SHOT! Muriqi plays a neat one-two with Correa but the Kosovan striker almost gets in the way of his teammate, nevertheless the Argentine gets his shot away on the edge of the box and it skids wide of Nubel's left post.

A reminder that Alex Nubel is in goal for Bayern Munich tonight as Manuel Neuer has a cold. The 24-year-old is making his third Bayern start having joined the Bundesliga champions from Schalke in the summer. In his final season there he made 29 appearances and was club captain.

The warm-ups are well underway at the Allianz Arena where Lazio will be looking to do the improbable and overturn a three-goal deficit. In Champions League knockout stage history, Liverpool, Roma and Deportivo La Coruna are the three teams to have successfully done it.

It could be another tough evening for Lazio tonight.
19:31
Bayern Munich coach Hansi Flick said his team will not take the Italians lightly. Bayern are on a four-match winning run in all competitions and lead the German top-flight by four points after 25 games.
"We've delivered strong performances in the Champions League, as well as in the Bundesliga. Our current aim is to continue on in this manner," Flick told reporters on Tuesday.
"We are not approaching this game expecting that we can just bring it (the win) home. We want to win and to do that we have to perform well because Lazio can play very good football.
"They know how to score goals so we have to be alert and ready on the field from the start."
19:21
Lazio have made things difficult for themselves to qualify for the quarter-finals but coach Simone Inzaghi said on Tuesday the Italian club's goal is to become regulars in the competition after missing out in recent years. Their qualification for Europe's elite competition next season is in doubt with the Italian side seventh in Serie A with a game in hand, six points behind fourth-placed Atalanta.
"We hadn't entered the Champions League for more than 10 years, we missed the second round (last-16) for 20 years. We have to hit it more consistently," Inzaghi told reporters.
"I hope it will happen again soon because we are very ambitious. We've achieved our goal, to return to the second round. Unfortunately, with the first leg we have compromised passage to the next round."
19:10
For Lazio, Ciro Immobile - who has not scored in his last six matches - is on the bench tonight. Experienced defender Stefan Radu - who spent six weeks on the sidelines before making his comeback in a 3-2 victory over Crotone on Friday - starts again this evening.
19:07
It is THREE Bayern changes to the side that beat Werder Bremen 3-1 on Saturday. Serge Gnabry and Leroy Sane both start. But the headline here is Manuel Neuer is out with a cold and has been replaced by 24-year-old Alexander Nubel, who is making just his third start for the Bundesliga champions.
