Good evening, one and all, and welcome to live commentary of Manchester City's clash with Dinamo Zagreb. These are the early pace-setters in Group C, but City start heavy favourites and have been quite brutal against teams from smaller leagues in this competition recently. Team news is up next...

FT: Manchester City 0-2 Dinamo Zagreb. It's three points for City, but that was hard work and Dinamo defended admirably. Sterling was the savoir for City, giving them extra impetus when he came on, but Guardiola will be unhappy with his side's finishing on the whole.
GOAL! Manchester City 2-0 Dinamo Zagreb (Foden). City launch a counter-attack, Sterling carries the ball forward and then tees up Foden, who hits a low, hard shot past the goalkeeper. Game over.
Fernandinho with a smart, cynical foul to stop a Dinamo attack in his tracks. He's booked, but won't mind.
Yellow card
Fernandinho
They do eventually get it, go forward and Stojanovic puts in a cross, but City clear.
Dinamo are struggling to get hold of the ball.
There will be five added minutes. A City second looks far more likely than an equaliser at present.
More minutes for Foden! He replaces D. Silva.

Livakovic does excellently to deny Mahrez from close range after Sterling held the ball up well and found his team-mate.
Atiemwen comes on for Petkovic. Can he cause the City defence any problems?

After a couple of minutes of delay, the decision is no penalty! It's looked like one, but obviously not enough to overturn the original decision.
Aguero chips a ball through for Gundogan, who heads it up in the air and then goes down as a defender clumsily tries to take the ball off him. Shortly after that, Peric looks to trip AGuero. To VAR we go.
It's still all City, but also still 1-0 as Gundogan shoots over from just inside the box.
Mahrez links up with D. Silva on the right, and Silva waits for the goalkeeper to commit himself before cutting the ball back to Aguero, but he's under pressure from Dilaver and can't direct the ball goalwards.
Gavranovic comes on for Theophile-Catherine.

Rodri looks to foul Olmo, who went over his outstretched leg, but the referee waves play on.
Cancelo gets forward again and this time elects to cross, picking out Aguero, but the Argentine's header is straight at the goalkeeper.
Cancelo fancies his chances from 20 yards but shoots over on his weaker foot.
Guardiola is booked! Not sure why - presumably for something he said.
The referee has to sort out some barging between Mendy and Petkovic.
