That's full time. Hart salutes the crowd, and as well as that, Manchester City are through to the group stages of the Champions League. A really, really easy game which they navigated perfectly, save for Kelechi Iheanacho's injury.
Navas crosses early, but it's easy for the 'keeper to claim. A minute left.
Angelino is ruled offside down the left, and it's indicated that there will be four minutes of added time.
Navas twists and turns, tees Toure up for the cross, and it's headed away and then scrambled clear.
We finish as we started, with City strolling the ball around the back.
Navas has space for a cross on the right, but he ends up putting it behind.
Navas breaks all the way down the right wing, but Delph isn't found by his path, because it's cut out.
City are now sitting back after a game where they've entirely dominated, almost. Maffeo concedes a corner.
10 minutes left, then City and Hart can go their separate ways.
This Twitter account is quite something.
Fernandinho is on for Iheanacho.

Iheanacho pulls up, falls to the ground, but Mitrea is very, very concerned, thinking there's something more serious that a muscle problem. He seems to think there's a problem with his heart, or at least his consciousness, but things seem to resolve themselves pretty quickly. Anyway, it seems to be an ankle problem.
From a free kick on the corner of the box, Hart leaps to tip over the shot with a smart save. Hart then beats away another close-range effort.
Toure is given a talking to because Navas commits a sneaky foul on the left wing.
Captain, leader, shouter.
Hart gets a huge round of applause and a song from the Etihad crowd, as he plays what is probably his final City game.
Angelino squares a ball for Iheanacho to attack in the six yard box, but it's cut out for a corner on the left. Nothing comes from it.
You have to admire this kind of positivity, I suppose.
Achim for Sulley, who went down a minute ago for some treatment. It didn't look dreadfully serious.
