Neymar returns to the side after serving the first of his three-match domestic ban during Barcelona's 3-2 win over Real Sociedad on Saturday, and is unsurprisingly joined in attack by Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez.
However, Javier Mascherano is only fit enough for a spot in the bench.
For Juventus, Paulo Dybala, who scored twice in the first leg, was taken off with an ankle injury as they won 2-0 at Pescara on Saturday, but is fit to play.
Elsewhere, Dani Alves starts as he returns to the Nou Camp.

TEAMS:

Barcelona: Ter Stegen; Sergi Roberto, Piqué, Umtiti, Jordi Alba; Sergio Busquets, Rakitic, Iniesta; Messi, Luis Suárez, Neymar. Subs: Cillessen, Denis, Mascherano, Paco Alcácer, Digne, A.Gomes, Aleñá.
Juventus: Buffon; Alves, Bonucci, Chiellini, Alex Sandro; Cuadrado, Khedira, Pjanic, Mandzukic; Higuaín, Dybala. Subs: Neto, Lichtsteiner, Benatia, Barzagli, Asamoah, Lemina, Rincon.
