The final whistle goes and the two sets of players embrace. That was a phenomenal game of football, with Bayern dominant for an hour and Juventus turning it on its head in the final 30 minutes. A draw is probably the fair result on the balance of play, but on this evidence the second leg will be well worth watching! In Turin it finishes Juventus 2, Bayern Munich 2.

Robben jinks into the box and slides a cross into the mixer, but it's cut out ahead of the waiting Muller.

Pep is pacing the touchline, no doubt furious that his side have capitulated in such spectacular manner. Bayern's dominance was so absolute that it didn't seem in question that they would win this game, just by how many goals. Now it is 2-2 and Juve are in the driving seat. Football eh?

Lichtsteiner dinks in a cross and Pogba rises highest in the box to head fractionally over the bar.

Juventus are the team pushing to win this, unsettling Bayern in a manner that the German side just aren't used to.

Pogba's sublime piece of skill wrong-foots Lahm (which takes some doing) and the midfielder draws a foul out on the touchline.

Now Vidal and Mandzukic clash as Juventus try and take a quick throw. The fact that Vidal is involved in the incident on his old stomping ground ensures that the volume cranks up another notch, but the ref has a quick word with the two players and then directs play to continue.

Morata goes into the book for bringing down Robben in the centre of the park. The Spaniard complains, but that was a cynical foul and the booking was deserved.

It was impossible to see this comeback coming. Juventus look like a different team to the one that allowed Bayern to dominate their way into a two-goal lead.
