Second half goals from Cristiano Ronaldo and Jese Rodriguez secured a commanding first-leg advantage for Los Blancos as Zinedine Zidane made a winning start to life as a Champions League coach. It's hard to see a way back for Roma in this last-16 tie now. The Italians were well organised in the first period but couldn't keep it up after the interval and have a real mountain to climb at the Bernabeu.
