FT Steaua 0-4 Chelsea

GOAL! Lampard makes it 4-0. Another counter-attack catches Steaua cold as Eto'o races down the left flank and picks out Willian on the far side. Willian rolls it back to the edge of the box, where Lampard is on hand to drill a low effort in off the post.

Chelsea getting a bit sloppy, but they deserve a clean sheet tonight.

Almost a consolation for Steaua as Chelsea fail to clear the corner and a scramble ensues, with Filip almost turning in from close range. Chelsea somehow manage to clear.

Cole carelessly gives the ball away to Steaua's most dangerous player, Tanase, who goes for goal from 25 yards, forcing Cech to bat it around his post for a corner.

Azpilicueta almost makes an immediate impact as his run forward is spotted by Ramires - but the through ball is intercepted in the nick of time.

Brillaint volley by Eto'o after Lampard picked him out on the far side, but it's straight at Tatarusanu. Very sweetly hit, that.

That has to go down as Steaua's best chance of the half, maybe the match.

Double chance for Stanciu! The deep cross misses everyone and reaches Stanciu on the far side. His snap shot is saved well by Cech, but his second effort goes just over the bar.

Rare attack for Steaua as Latovlevici gets into a good position and sees his shot blocked by Luiz for a throw.

Almost 4-0! Chelsea break and Ramires finds Schurrle in space (yet again) on the left. The German gets the ball onto his right foot, but his low curler can't quite squeeze inside the far post.

The home fans are still making plenty of noise. They don't believe their team is beaten, even if the players look resigned to defeat.

The corner is worked back to Schurrle, who clips a cross into the box but it's just ahead of Eto'o.

Chance for Chelsea as Oscar gets a sight of goal 20 yards out, but his effort was always rising over the bar.

Schurrle cuts inside Georgievski again and his low shot is gathered by Tatarusanu.

Eto'o and Mata combine brilliantly, but Mata's through ball to Ivanovic is just ahead of him. The right-back was almost in there.
