Shaqiri breaks, but he can't get a shot away under pressure from Smalling.

Evra to Jones, whose ball hits Rooney and bounces to safety for Basel.

Smalling does well to tackle Frei and send United upfield. Jones breaks and his cross is well taken by Sommer at the near post.

Basel try to slow things down and keep the ball for a minute or two. But Evans wins it back and United are away again.

United just can't find a way through right now.
