"I am in Anderlecht to play football. I love this club and want to serve them this season," added Jestrovic, who was banned for three games by UEFA last week for racially insulting an opponent during a Champions League match.
"I am here on a contract until 2007. The players and staff have been great to me and a huge support."
The Serbian appeared in court on Tuesday after being accused of knowing the perpetrators of the burglary and staging the incident on Nov. 19, 2003 to gain from the insurance.
However, the case against him was dropped by the Brussels public prosecutor as a result of insufficient evidence.
Jestrovic was sent off in a Champions League Group G match against Liverpool earlier this month for insulting the English club's midfielder Mohamed Sissoko during a heated argument five minutes after coming on as a substitute.
The Serbian has been ruled out of Anderlecht's remaining Group G matches against Chelsea and Real Betis and a further European game as a result of his ban.
