That's the final whistle. Ghana have drawn 1-1 with Guinea so that means Mali are through in second place and will face Gabon.
FULL TIME. Mali come from behind to win 2-1 thanks to goals from Dembele and Keita. They are almost certainly in the quarter-finals but we must await the result from tonight's other game. It is currently 1-1, which takes Mali through.
After that late moment of danger Mali appear to have collected themselves. They should see this out now.
We will have three added minutes.
Mali scramble the ball clear as Botswana threaten a late equaliser!
Just a few minutes left and Guinea are still drawing with Ghana so Mali look to be heading through. However we may have a few added minutes in the other game due to an injury. There may be drama yet.
Botswana make a double change as Jerome is replaced by Onalethata Thekiso and Ngele is replaced by Dipsy Selolwane.
Abdou Traore replaces by Mustapha Yatabare for Mali.
Traore gets the ball on the edge of the box but his effort is weak and poses little problem to Marumo.
Tshireletso is replaced by Phenyo Mongala for Botswana.
As things stand Ghana top the group with seven points, Mali have six, Guinea four and Botswana zero.
Mali can count themselves somewhat fortunate as they haven't looked at all convincing in the tournament.
That puts Mali in firm control, though a goal for ten-man Guinea would mix things up as it would leave both sides on six points with Ghana. It is currently 1-1 in the night's other match.
GOAL! Botswana 1-2 Mali! It is star man Keita who gets a crucial goal for his side. He first does excellently to hold under the ball under pressure and then receives it back from Diabate before producing an accomplished side-foot finish.
Cheick Diabate comes on for Mali, replacing Dembele.
Guinea have gone down to ten men which is excellent news for Mali. Still 1-1 in the other game in the group so Mali and Ghana are going through.
Nice from Ngele as he holds onto the ball outside the box, spins and drills his shot just wide of the upright. Close for Botswana.
Motlhabankwe goes into the book for time-wasting. He will be booked for the quarter-finals should Botswana score another nine goals and get there.
What a chance! So unlucky from Coulibaly! He embarks on a run from right-back, receives the ball back from a Dembele backheel, saunters into the box and past three men before thundering his shot against the bar. That would have been sensational.
Dembele, scorer of the Mali goal, is just caught offside as he tries to run onto a pass over the top.
