Mancebo on the move

Francisco Mancebo confirmed his Illes Balears departure Saturday, the Spanish big-tour strongman inking a two-year deal with the French Ag2R formation. Mancebo, fourth overall at the 2005 Tour de France, will helm Ag2R's Tour efforts in 2006 and 2007.
