England stepped up preparations for their one-day international series in Australia as they clinched a 92-run victory over Western Australia in Perth. England were all-out for 251, but ultimately made light work of their opponents.

Jofra Archer and Adil Rashid both returned to the ODI setup in fine fashion as the former ended the session with a return of 3-34 in his eight overs.
Archer was rested for the tri-series with Pakistan, yet did not take long to get going as he claimed the opening wicket for England as Joel Curtis fell, having made just eight runs.
Rashid, meanwhile, managed a fine haul of 4-35, having been overlooked in favour of Liam Dawson for much of the series with Pakistan, as WA were all out for 159.
The return of the pair came at an ideal time for England after fast bowler Josh Tongue was ruled out of the white-ball tour of Australia with a toe injury.
Tongue suffered the injury in Pakistan last month, and while he's ruled out of the tour of Australia, he is expected to return for the three-match test series with South Africa in December.
Craig Overton claimed two wickets at a rate of 2-33, while Tom Banton bowled out Ashton Agar in his only over.
The impressive bowling display came after a sub-par batting showing from England ahead of their ODI series with Australia.
Ben Duckett was England's highest run scorer, as he managed 59, following up his back-to-back tri-series tons.
Fellow top order batsmen Banton and Joe Root both struggled, however, with the former hitting just 14 runs and the latter managing just 13 as both fell to Lance Morris, the Australian managing 3-29.
Harry Brook chipped in with 27, but it was the respective showings of lower order pair Will Jacks and Dawson that helped England reach 251 runs.
Jacks managed 34 before being bowled by Brody Couch and caught by Cameron Bancroft, while Dawson ended the England innings with 44 not out.

When is England men's white-ball tour of Australia?

England's pre-tournament win over Western Australia could prove the perfect confidence boost ahead of their white-ball tour of Australia.
And their tour gets underway on November 13, with all three ODIs and each of the five T20 Internationals set to be shown live with TNT Sports on HBO Max.
