Beth Mooney will replace Healy as wicketkeeper, with Tahlia McGrath set to captain the side. Georgia Voll is expected to step in at the top of the batting order.
Meanwhile, England fast bowler Lauren Bell believes the team have improved greatly since their embarrassing 16-0 defeat in the Ashes series at the start of this year.
"We've come a long way since we played Australia in the Ashes," Bell told BBC Sport.
"Lottie's [coach Charlotte Edwards] really big on just winning, and working out a way however it looks or however it might come. Sometimes winning ugly is something that you need to learn how to do."
Elsewhere, South Africa claimed a formidable 150-run victory via DLS against Pakistan.
Marizanne Kapp scored an unbeaten 68 and took three wickets to lead South Africa to victory.
Laura Wolvaardt, with 90, and Sune Luus, who made 61, were also in the runs and helped South Africa to 312.
Pakistan, who are now eliminated from the tournament, never looked like getting close in response.
