Today, the women will compete across four apparatus (uneven bars, floor, balance beam and vault), rather than the six in the men’s competition.
Scotland and Wales are currently involved in subdivision three with reigning champions England, Australia, South Africa and Canada turning up for the business of the battle for medals from around 18:30 BST.
The first rotation of this subdivision has concluded with Wales (40.200) leading from Malaysia (37.500), Singapore (37.050), India (36.650), Malta (36.00) and Scotland (34.750).
New Zealand and Namibia make up the full cohort.
