It was a memorable evening for the Los Angeles Lakers after the franchise claimed their highest-scoring performance since January 2, 1987 with a pulsating 150-145 win over the Indiana Pacers. Meanwhile, Giannis Antetokounmpo proved his importance to the Milwaukee Bucks once again after scoring 30 points and a season-high 19 rebounds in a 118-93 victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Highlights: Lakers top Pacers in absurd game that sees nearly 300 points scored

The Los Angeles Lakers claimed an historic 150-145 NBA victory over the Indiana Pacers in what was their highest-scoring performance for 37 years.
This was a rematch of the memorable December In-Season final clash between the two sides last December, as the Lakers claimed a 123-109 win in Las Vegas, and they came out on top once again.
Anthony Davis played a starring role with 36 points and 16 rebounds, while LeBron James added a further 26 and 10 assists on this landmark evening.
Spencer Dinwiddie added another 26 points as the Lakers secured a third consecutive victory after winning five of their previous seven games.
The Lakers finished the contest with a flourish after scoring 10 points in the final minute, which included six free throws by Austin Reaves.

NBA Top 10 Plays Sunday March 24- Big blocks and an outrageous pass

“We played them in the [In-Season Tournament] championship, and we know how high-powered an offense they are," James said.
"They’re never going to stop playing no matter how far they get down or how far they’re up, so it’s a good win for us.”
Despite the victory, it proved to a nerve-shredding night after Tyrese Haliburton hit two 3-pointers as the match drew to a close in the final 20 seconds.
“We allowed them to score 145, so it was terrible defensively,” Davis said.
“They hit some shots toward the end, but we can do what we want offensively, as you could see tonight. But we’ve got to defend, especially when we’ve got a team [in trouble] like that.
“We don’t need to give them life, but at this point in the season, a win is a win. We’ll take it, but we’ve got to learn from it as well.”
Pascal Siakam led the way for the Pacers with 36 points, while Myles Turner and TJ McConnell added a further 20 and 17 points respectively.
Meanwhile, Giannis Antetokounmpo propelled the Milwaukee Bucks to a 118-93 win over the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Antetokounmpo claimed 30 points and a season-high 19 rebounds as the Bucks hit top gear with Khris Middleton and Damian Lillard all on the court at the same time.
Josh Giddey and Jalen Williams led the way for Oklahoma with 19 and 18 points respectively, but seven Milwaukee players reached double figures.

Player Focus: Best bits from Giannis Antetokounmpo as Milwaukee Bucks secure win

“With a full team out there, we realise what we can do as a team,” said Middleton.
“We have so many guys, so many weapons that can carry us, or guys that can make a play or just attract a crowd.”
The Bucks will hope all the missing pieces of the jigsaw are starting to come together, with Antetokounmpo (hamstring), Middleton (ankle) and Lillard (ankle) recovering from injury.
“I just feel this appreciation feeling of having everybody healthy and available to play,” Antetokounmpo said.
“Because when we're not healthy, I think sometimes we play well, sometimes we don't, sometimes we create this excuse in our mind that like, ‘OK, when he gets back, we're going to be better.' But now we're all here. There's no more excuses.”
