Three-time Ironman world champion Jan Frodeno stormed to victory at the PTO US Open. The 41-year-old took the lead with 18km of the run to go and finished with a time of 3:14:12. Jason West of the United States came second, while Olympic champion Kristian Blummenfelt's wait for a maiden PTO Tour win goes on after he could only finish on the third step of the podium.
