Camila Giorgi triumphs over Ekaterina Alexandrova at WTA Linz

Camila Giorgi won the WTA Linz Championship by beating Ekaterina Alexandrova 6-4 6-1 in Austria.

The 26-year-old Italian battled to a 6-4 first-set victory to leave her with just another set needed.
The Ukranian Alexandrova was no match for her in the final set, quickly falling 4-0 behind.

She briefly rallied to take it to 4-1, but Giorgi defeated her opponent with two consecutive games.
The win is Giorgi's second WTA finals title after winning the Rosmalen Championships in the Netherlands in 2015.
