Rain decimated the schedule on day five at the French Open as former champion Ana Ivanovic bowed out in the second round.

Persistent rain started to batter the Roland Garros venue a matter of minutes before the scheduled 11am start in Paris (10am UK time) and only relented after a near five-hour delay.
Ivanovic, the champion of 2008 now ranked 42, looked a shadow of her former sparkling self in a 6-3 6-0 defeat by Russian 28th seed Alisa Kleybanova.
Kleybanova will next face Yaroslava Shvedova after the Kazakh knocked out eighth seed Agneiszka Radwanska 7-5 6-3.
Radwanska was just four points from defeat before rain again suspended their match. And although she staged a brief fight back after the delay, Shvedova eventually managed to stop the rot and serve out to equal her best ever showing at a Grand Slam.
Serbian Jelena Jankovic ran into a spot of bother before progressing with a 6-2 3-6 6-4 win over Estonia's Kaia Kanepi.
The fourth seed, twice a semi-finalist at Roland Garros, breezed through the first set in a buttercup yellow dress but she withered in the second set as Kanepi levelled the match.
Rain returned early in the third set, causing a 55-minute delay, but Jankovic managed to wrap up the win after two hours and four minutes when Kanepi sent a forehand long just before the tarpaulins were dragged back on to centre court.
Jankovic will next face either Ukrainian 27th seed Alona Bondarenko, who beat Slovakia's Magdalena Rybarikova 6-3 6-3.
Kimiko Date Krumm challenge ran out of steam in the second round with a 6-0 6-3 rout by Australia's Jarmila Groth.
The 39-year-old became the second oldest women's player to win a singles match here with her first-round triumph over last year's runner-up Dinara Safina and defied doctors orders to take to the court after undergoing an MRI on her injured right calf.
Her result against Safina was even more extrordinary as she was playing at Roland Garros for the first time since 1996 after which she quit the game for 12 years.
There was never a chance of a repeat in the second round against the 23-year-old Groth who even looked awkward at making her opponent stretch on the damp clay after a day of rain - raising her hand to apologise after scoring with a dropshot.
Groth will next face compatriot Anastasia Rodionova, who breezed past 21st seeded Russian Vera Zvonareva 6-2 6-2.
