"Kim has been having her injury looked at by physios at Roland Garros and she is being very cautious while she has been training," Darrell Fry, WTA Tour Director of Communications, confirmed to Eurosport on Friday.

"If the injury isn't right, she will then decide whether or not to play."

Clijsters has been drawn to play a qualifier in the first round.
