MATCH(ES) OF THE DAY

Well, how can we possibly select one match out of the those above?
Before the rain, King of Clay Nadal saw his astonishing run of 37-straight sets come to an end as Schwartzman shocked the Roland Garros crowd, and the Spaniard, as he won the opening set. But Nadal does lead the second stanza 5-3.
And on Court Suzanne Lenglen, the big-hitting, big-serving Marin Cilic and Juan Martin del Potro resume their last-eight clash, locked at 5-5 in the first set tiebreak. DelPo leads the head-to-head 10-2, but this one looks like it could go all the way.
Once Rafa's done on Chatrier, world number one Simona Halep, chasing her first Grand Slam title, will take on 2016 champion Garbine Muguruza in the first women's semi-final. What a match that promises to be.
And in the other semi-final, it's an all-American affair. Madison Keys and Sloane Stephens square off on Lenglen in a repeat of last year's U.S. Open final.

POTENTIAL UPSET OF THE DAY

Easy to pick, this one! The 10-time French Open champion is just two sets away from being dumped out, but there's still hope.
Nadal has a 7-2 record when losing the first set in Paris - which has only happened 10 times in his 86 matches at the tournament.
Schwartzman was playing inspired tennis before the rain, taking the ball early - despite his 5'7" frame - and finding the angles, as well as mixing it up with some impressive drop shots. Can he keep it up on Thursday?
