The near perfect performance earned her a score of 98.833 and her second gold medal after she retained her technical solo title.
Spain's Gemma Mengual pushed her hard with an excellent routine to a bluesy version of Yesterday sang by Ray Charles.
Italy's Beatrice Adelizzi took bronze after throwing the home crowd into raptures with a tear-jerking routine to opera.
"My performance was perfect, the result of a lot of training and commitment," Ishchenko said.
Ishchenko's second triumph takes Russia's synchronised gold medal tally to four after they also won the team technical event and technical duet classes. They did not enter a team for the free combination event, which Spain won on Wednesday.
