Judd Trump is set to open his title defence at the German Masters against world No. 67 David Grace in Berlin, live on Eurosport and discovery+.
The 30-time ranking event winner defeated Si Jiahui 10-5 in the final to claim the prestigious title for a third time last season, and will begin his campaign on Monday, January 27 at 8pm.
The 12th ranking event of the season will run between January 27 and February 2 at the Tempodrom and carry a £100,000 first prize - with the winner of Trump against Grace meeting Stephen Maguire or Joe O'Connor in the last 32.
Former world semi-finalist Si has been handed a fascinating match in the first round with Ken Doherty, the 1997 world champion, who turned back the clock with his first two wins of the season in qualifying against Oliver Lines (5-4) and Jordan Brown (5-4).
Ronnie O'Sullivan, the 2012 German Masters champion, has not appeared in Berlin since a 5-4 defeat to Mark King in the first round in 2017, but has been handed a match with young Welshman Dylan Emery - with the winner facing Ricky Walden or Ryan Day in the last 32.
Elsewhere, world champion Kyren Wilson, the 2019 winner, has been drawn with Ka Wai Cheung, while Mark Selby faces Liu Hongyu and Mark Allen is up against David Lilley.
