"Stade Francais are saved," outgoing club president Max Guazzini (pictured) announced on Monday after a hearing into the club's parlous financial state.
Thomas Savare has stepped in to replace Guazzini and will help Stade Francais after the proposed takeover by Canadian group Facem collapsed and led to the club filing a complaint for fraud.
Guazzini and Savare said all contracts signed with players, especially new recruits, would be "honoured".
