"We've assembled a strong squad with some fresh new talent, some experienced players making their return from injury and those guys who have performed well already this season," Australia coach Eddie Jones said on Tuesday.
Lock Nathan Sharpe was left out of squad as he is recovering from a shoulder injury. ACT Brumbies lock Mark Chisholm comes in.
The Wallabies kick off their European tour on November 6 with the first of two tests against Scotland. They will also play tests against Six Nations winners France on November 13 and World champions England on November 27.
