No player in the history of Harlequins Rugby club has made more appearances than Danny Care and he will get the chance to add to that with a brand new one-year deal that will keep him at the team for a 19th season through the 2024-25 campaign. Speaking to the club's website about the decision to extend with Quins, Care said that it was an easy decision for him.

Harlequins have confirmed that club icon Danny Care has signed a new one-year deal to extend his stay with the team for a 19th campaign until the end of the 2024-25 season.
Care, 37, joined Harlequins in 2006 and has gone on to make 374 appearances for the club, more than anyone else in the team's history.
He also is the only player in the club's history to score over 100 tries.
There had been speculation about whether Care might move on at the end of the season but the club confirmed on Wednesday that he had signed a new one-year deal.
The news comes as a bit of a boost for Quins fans after a heartbreaking 38-26 loss to French powerhouse Toulouse in the Investec Champions Cup semi-finals at the weekend.
The club currently sit fifth in the Gallagher Premiership on 49 points, just six points behind leaders Northampton.
Upon signing the contract, Care told the club's website: “I’m excited to extend my contract with Quins for my 19th season at the Club.
"This is my home, I love everything about it: the rugby we play, our amazing fans, and the memories we have made together.
“It was an easy decision to sign the contract. We have a great group of lads who I love playing with, and we’re building something very special.
"We have the best fans in the world, and I can’t wait to pull on the Quarters for another season and run out in front of a packed Stoop.”
Director of Rugby Billy Millard added: “Danny has been an incredible servant to our club and a true Harlequin, leading from the front with his exceptional professionalism, hard work, and determination to succeed.
"We love having Danny in our squad, he’s a great character and his infectious energy, alongside his experience, means he’s a hugely popular and important member of our Quins DNA.”
Care retired from international duty earlier in 2024 having become just the sixth player in England's history to reach 100 caps.
