Scottish duo Finn Russell and Cameron Redpath may not play again for Bath this season after suffering "significant" injuries in their Investec Champions Cup defeat at Exeter Chiefs earlier this month.
Scotland co-captain Russell, 31, suffered a groin problem in the 21-15 defeat on April 6, while centre Redpath, 24, has damaged ankle ligaments.
On Bath's website, individual injury updates were given on both players from the club's head of medical Rory Murray.
Russell is unlikely to be considered for Scotland's Tests against Canada, USA, Chile and Uruguay in July with head coach Gregor Townsend saying when the dates were announced that he would use a "wider group of players".
Redpath, meanwhile, is more likely to feature in the squad, having made just four starts in 14 appearances for Scotland.
Bath are currently second in the Gallagher Premiership Rugby table with four games left of the regular season left and will be looking to reach the final in early June.
Bath next take on Exeter in the Premiership on Saturday, April 20.
