The 19-year-old back made his first-team debut in December and has clocked up 14 more appearances since.
"I'm delighted to have secured the future two years of another of our young guns at Wasps," said director of rugby Ian McGeechan said.
"Danny is one of several young players who will play key roles in our long term development plan.
"I'm delighted that he, along with Dominic Waldouck, Tom Rees, James Haskell and other Academy youngsters coming through, wants to be part of what we are trying to do at Wasps in the long term.
"Having these players as part of Wasps plans makes it a very exciting future for the club."
A product of Whitgift School, Cipriani has been a part of the Wasps Academy since he was 15.
He represented England at U/16 and U/19 levels, and has played in two U/19 World Cups.
