JAECOO Premiership Women's Rugby final to be held at The Stoop until 2029 - 'Fantastic fan experience'

The JAECOO Premiership Women's Rugby final will be held at The Stoop, home of Harlequins, until 2029 in a landmark three-year agreement. Harlequins CEO Laurie Dalrymple said: "This new agreement gives us the opportunity to build something truly special."

After hosting the final at the same ground last year with more than 8,000 spectators, the new three-year deal has been put in place to keep the competition's showpiece game at the South-West London venue, the home of Harlequins.
Quins CEO Laurie Dalrymple hopes the final's new long-term home will help build "something special."
He said: "We were incredibly proud to host the PWR final at The Stoop in 2026 and the success of the event exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere, the quality of rugby on display and the support from fans demonstrated exactly why this competition continues to grow at such an impressive rate.

"This new agreement gives us the opportunity to build something truly special. By creating a permanent home for the final over the next three years, we can continue to enhance the matchday experience, grow attendances and establish an event that is firmly marked in the sporting calendar.

JAECOO PWR Executive Chair Genevieve Shore wants the PWR final to become one of the "standout events in the sporting calendar."
She said: "The success of the 2026 final showed us what is possible when you create a world-class event and give supporters a venue they can identify as the home of the final.
"One of the biggest challenges for any major sporting event is building audience habits and creating a sense of occasion that grows year on year. By committing to The Stoop through to 2029, we are giving ourselves the best possible platform to do exactly that.
"The Stoop offers a fantastic fan experience, sits at the heart of one of rugby's most iconic locations and has already proven it can deliver an unforgettable final. This season's final will take place on Sunday, June 27, live with TNT Sports on HBO Max.
