Toulouse draw Wasps

European champions Toulouse were drawn with English champions Wasps on Tuesday in the pool stages for next season's European Cup. The heavyweight pair will also play Llanelli of Wales and Scotland's Edinburgh in Pool Six of Europe's top club competition.

Last season's runners-up Stade Francais, beaten 18-12 after extra time by Toulouse in last month's final, face fellow French side Clermont Auvergne, twice European champions Leicester and Celtic League winners the Ospreys in Pool Three.

Ireland's Leinster were drawn alongside Bath, Glasgow and Bourgoin in Pool Five, while Munster face Castres, Sale and Newport-Gwent in Pool One.

French side Biarritz meet Saracens, Ulster and Italian team Treviso in Pool Four. Perpignan, Italy's Calvisano, English Cup winners Leeds and Cardiff Blues make up Pool Two.
