Allianz Premiership Women’s Rugby final to be held at 'top-class' Sandy Park Stadium in Exeter on 22 June

The Allianz Premiership Women’s Rugby final 2024 will be held on Saturday 22 June at Sandy Park Stadium in Exeter.

Building on the huge success of last year's showpiece event, the 2024 final will showcase the best of women’s rugby, to crown the inaugural Allianz Premiership Women's Rugby champions. The final will be a fantastic day out for fans and a celebration of an unforgettable first season of Premiership Women’s Rugby.

Following a competitive tendering process, where all Premiership Women’s Rugby clubs were invited to bid, Sandy Park was the unanimous choice to host the final.

Sandy Park Stadium is also one of eight venues to host a Women’s Rugby World Cup match in 2025 and has previously staged Red Roses games in front of more than 10,000 fans.

Belinda Moore, Chief Executive of Premiership Women’s Rugby, said: “Everyone will remember the incredible 2023 final at the newly-named Queensholm Stadium and we are expecting another great day for women’s sport in England this June, targeting a crowd of more than 10,000 this year.

"The battle to make the semi-finals is intensifying and this time we want to make our final about more than just the two teams involved - we want all nine of our clubs to be represented so we can stage an uplifting celebration of women's rugby at a top-class stadium."
