Campana eyes Corsica

Pierre Campana is eyeing a place in May's Tour de Corse after securing success in a national rally in Italy last weekend.

The current leader of the IRC 2WD Cup, Campana finished fifth in the Ronde del Grifo after placing top in the Super 2000 category.

"To finish the event as the top S2000 car for a second year running is a great achievement," said Campana, who hails from the Corsican town of Corte.

"I was happy to have this experience and to get some competitive running behind me.

"I am working hard with my management on a project for the future, which I hope to be able to confirm in the coming weeks."
