Lewis Hamilton investigated by police over 'motorbike selfie'

Local police in Auckland have investigated an incident involving F1 world champion Lewis Hamilton, who appeared to take a selfie while riding a motorbike.
Ahead of the start of his title defence at the Melbourne Grand Prix on Sunday, Hamilton posted several videos on snapchat which suggested he had broken local laws.
It is an offence to use a phone while driving in New Zealand.
"Auckland City Police will be taking no further action in relation to recent media publicity about Lewis Hamilton and his motorcycle journey in Auckland," said a police spokesperson.
"The video footage available does not provide us with sufficient enough evidence that an offence has occurred."
The incident comes four months after Hamilton crashed a car worth £1.6m in Monaco after becoming tired apparently due to a hectic social schedule.
He was also fined £300 before the 2010 Australian Grand Prix after a series of car stunts outside the Melbourne circuit.
