FULL-TIME
Tears at the final whistle for Greece as they are soundly beaten over the two legs by a superior team.
A 4-1 win in the first-leg is enough for Croatia book their place in Russia for next summer's World Cup.
Only two minutes will be added on.
Greece have been much improved and, after they were slaughtered by the media after the 4-1 loss in the first-leg, I think the players have won over their supporters with a solid performance this evening.
Kramaric tries to curl the ball into the top corner from inside the box, but the effort drifts narrowly over the bar.
Good effort.
FINALLY! A shot on target! Croatia fail to clear the free-kick and it is set up for Tachtsidis whose first-time effort is comfortably saved by Subasic.
Gianniotas wins Greece a free-kick on the right. Can they manage to grab a consolation goal?
CROATIA SUB: Rebic takes the place of Perisic.

A. Rebic
Off
I. Perišic
If the scores remain the same, Greece can take consolation from the fact that they have yet to lose to Croatia on home soil.
Incredibly, there hasn't been ONE shot on target tonight. Not a single one.
GOAL RULED OUT!
Torosidis flicks the ball at goal from Tachstidis's shot with Subasic making the save and Pelkas slotting in from the rebound, but it won't count - offside.
GREECE SUB: Dimitrious Pelkas replaces Mitroglu in attack.

K. Mitroglou
CROATIA SUB: Andrej Kramaric takes the place of Kalinic.

A. Kramaric
Off

Remember, Greece conceded two really sloppy goals in the first leg. It looks like those mistakes will ultimately cost them a place in the World Cup. A 2-1 defeat away from home wouldn't have been so bad, but at 4-1 it was asking too much.
Fortounis will require treatment after landing awkwardly following a foul by Mandzukic. He will be fit to continue, though he is a little shaken.
Greece have been very flat in the second period. An honest team, they just lack the quality going forward.
Greece win a free-kick - in shooting territory. However, Fortounis, the sub opts to cross the ball, and Croatia make the clearance.
Better from Greece - Fortounis delivers a low ball across the face of goal but Lovren does well to make the interception and divert it into the hands of Subasic.
Nope, Modric overcooks his cross and none of his team mates can get on the end of it.
Attempts on goal: 5-5.
A clumsy challenge by Mitroglu gifts Croatia a free-kick in a dangerous area. Modric will whip it in, and it needs to better than his previous efforts.
