The win means that England finish the group games unbeaten.
They defeated Wales on Friday to top their group.
With a group of just 19, Phil Neville changed his starting line up with the match a dead rubber.
He gave a full debut to Beth Mead, who plays for Arsenal in England's domestic league, along with six other debutants.
Mead opened the scoring with a penalty, and Rachel Daly added another before half time
In the second half, Izzy Christiansen scored first, before Lucy Staniforth made it four.
Mead scored again eight minutes from the end of normal time, and hit the post before then. Lucy Bronze grabbed the last goal of the gamme.
There are friendlies ahead for England against both Brazil and Australia in October.
