Ronald Koeman's Netherlands failed to inspire in a 1-1 draw with UEFA Nations League Group A3 bottom side Bosnia & Herzegovina on Tuesday, but their passage to the quarter-finals was already secure.
Koeman's side will join Germany in the last eight, after Julian Nagelsmann's side topped the group with 14 points from six matches.
Brian Brobbey opened the scoring for the Oranje on 24 minutes, heading home from Noa Lang's teasing cross and condemning Bosnia to another uphill task.
Ermedin Demirovic levelled mid-way through the second half, earning Bosnia only their second point in the Nations League group.
Netherlands' route to the last eight was secured ahead of the match, after they beat Hungary 4-0 on Saturday.

TURKEY SHOCKED IN MONTENEGRO DEFEAT

Turkey spurned the opportunity to finish top of Group B4, as Wales' emphatic 4-1 victory over Iceland saw them leapfrog the Euro 2024 quarter-finalists.
Montenegro recorded a comfortable 3-1 victory over Turkey, who fell behind just shy of the half-hour mark as Nikola Krstovic pounced on Emirhan Topcu's miscued challenge to race in on goal and fire home from an acute angle.
Kenan Yildiz levelled proceedings eight minutes later, but Krstovic punished Turkey once again to re-establish Montenegro's lead on the stroke of half-time.
And Krstovic capped off an impressive hat-trick 17 minutes from time to secure his side's first victory in their Nations League campaign and end a string of seven consecutive defeats.
In Group B1, Czech Republic clinched promotion to League A, with a 2-1 victory over Khvicha Kvaratskhelia's Georgia.
Pavel Sulc and Adam Hlozek netted first-half goals to put the group toppers in the driving seat.
And while Euro 2024 hero Georges Mikautadze cut Georgia's deficit to a solitary goal, he could not prevent a fourth consecutive game without a victory - after a promising start to the Nations League group stage which saw them win their opening two matches.
Ukraine secured a spot in the promotion play-offs, with a 2-1 win over Albania.

GYOKERES CONTINUES FINE SCORING FORM

Viktor Gyokeres continued his remarkable goalscoring run as he netted four to ensure Sweden finished top of Group C1 with a 6-0 win over Azerbaijan.
The Sporting CP striker bagged his 32nd goal between club and country since the start of the season to cap off a dominant night in Solna.
Tottenham Hotspur winger Dejan Kulusevski also netted a brace, while Newcastle United striker Alexander Isak missed a penalty to put his side even further ahead.
Sweden have enjoyed a fantastic Nations League campaign, accumulating 16 points from 18 on offer, stuttering only in a 2-2 draw with Slovakia.
